Use of the LawPay payment link on our “Rates” page transmits credit card information directly and securely in encrypted fashion to LawPay, an independent credit card processer utilized by The Hilla Law Firm, PLLC. The Hilla Law Firm, PLLC does not receive, store, or view your credit card information. In addition, access to all of our customers’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
